With everything that is happening across the globe regarding COVID-19, this is a particularly difficult time for many – business’ and individuals included.  We would like to update you on the actions HOME Recruitment has taken to ensure our clients and candidates are able to continue accessing our recruitment services as well as being consistent with the Ministry of Health Guidelines.

Keeping our Clients, Candidates and Staff safe

 We are fortunate enough to have already had the technology and ability to work remotely, ensuring our clients and candidates have our support throughout. All meetings are now solely face to face via technology as opposed to in the flesh and more than ever we continue to offer phone and email advice and support during this time.

We ask all clients and candidates to kindly respect the guidelines issued by the New Zealand Ministry of Health. Business as Usual

 As many clients make the transition into working from home, this still means business as usual and we know you may need extra help to manage this current situation.  Our offering as a business is to represent top tier talent returning home from overseas as well as those already on the ground immediately available for work. We are particularly busy with many candidates having just arrived or are enroute home who will be seeking work opportunities as soon as they are able and it is safe to do so.  To gain access to some of this best returning talent for short or long-term support, please call us to have a further discussion.
