Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the HR inbox, responding to enquiries and passing on to correct team members to action
- Provide administration support ensuring all employment documentation is prepared, maintained, and kept confidential
- Assisting with recruitment administration including posting job ads and organising background checks
- Creating contracts and loading into DocuSign
- Supporting the People and Culture team with any administration or project focused responsibilities
- Coordinate, support and develop a range of people and culture administration based tasks
- Format documentation including printing, collating and organisation documentation
About you:
- 1 - 2 years’ HR or administrative experience
- An HR degree or equivalent is advantageous – at a minimum, an interest in a HR career trajectory!
- You’ll have incredible attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
- You’ll be solution driven and eager to show initiative
- Be a strong contributor who can turn their hand to anything!
