The role

You’ll proactively help all teams do their best work, driving connection and collaboration across the business. This is a key role to ensure activity = success and fosters a positive working environment.
  • Providing support to all team members with projects, events and initiatives
  • Fostering People & Culture initiatives by organising company events, maintaining company rituals, listening to and supporting team members
  • Assisting with onboarding of new employees, updating employee software, supporting in reviewing and managing current and prospective HRIS
  • Ad-hoc project support including recruitment (job posting, interview booking, candidate liaising), hiring (contract creation, reference checking), onboarding
  • Day-to-day operations and administration such as facility management, managing office supplies, couriers + making sure the snack cupboard is fully stocked!
  • Supporting the leadership team in managing their day-to-day activities and ensuring optimal efficiency in a collaborative work environmento Booking domestic and international travel
    • Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms domestic and international
    • Anticipating needs of the Exec team and supporting with documentation
    • Board activities and meetings (including logistics/transport management, coordination/management of meeting rooms, refreshments, technology set up etc.)
    • Logistical coordination of staff across global locations, including travel and accommodation, visa requirements, proactively planning travel and liaising with external advisors where needed
    • Promoting a positive and collaborative Health and Safety culture
  • First-line IT support, liaising with the external managed service provide to troubleshoot and resolve issues i.e. password support, ordering tech, printer issues. Managing the inventory of devices, supporting IT infrastructure set up in new global locations
  • Adapting to multiple changing priorities while remaining responsive to stakeholders
About you
  • A keen eye for detail and superb standard of written work
  • You’re proactive, have a can-do attitude and can pre-empt needs (no job too big or small)!
  • Computer proficiency – being confident in dealing with IT issues and escalating as needed
  • You genuinely thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities – perhaps a lover of to-do lists?
