Ellie’s Wimbledon accent, quick wit, enthusiasm and overall positive vibes is infectious and one that you’ll find immediately welcoming. Ellie speaks from experience when talking about entering (or re-entering!) the NZ market, having also worked and traveled in Australia.

Ellie’s no stranger to recruitment having started her career within London – she understands exceptional talent, and how UK experience relates to a NZ context. Meet, Zola - our Head of Happiness at HOME. Zola joins us most Friday afternoons and on occasion during the week when her diary allows.

Monday through to Thursday, Zola is full time training to become a NZ Guide Dog - so is taken everywhere; the supermarket, yoga, workplaces, on the train and all public spaces! Zola is super social, loves lifting morale after a busy week in the office and is always available to quell any concerns about your career opportunities ahead. She's set herself some tough career goals to hit too!
