Our client, an iconic Auckland Event Venue is looking for an an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administrator to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis. You’ll be the welcoming “face” of a luxury brand providing fantastic first impression! Ability to provide exceptional administration support to the event coordination team, CEO and General Managers will be your main focus especially during the exciting summer seasons!
- Meet and greet customers, answering incoming calls and customer queries or transferring to the appropriate person
- Assisting with reporting, weekly function sheets and online chat enquires
- Management of stationary requirements and orders
- Organise and coordinate internal meetings and take minutes when necessary
- Preparing event day vouchers and assisting with ticket mail outs
- Assisting with the membership renewal process as well as general enquires, processing of renewal payments and letters to members
- Organising staff training and refresher courses
- Exceptional customer service attitude, ideally with previous reception and/or administration experience
- A ‘yes’ person that doesn’t miss much and enjoys organising a great time with a fun and positive attitude
- A confident team player with the ability to also work autonomously
- Keen eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Knowledgeable in Outlook, Word and Excel
