Responsibilities

  • As a client-facing role, the Account Manager (AM) works with senior team members on an account, or portfolio of accounts, providing media planning, implementation and buying services, along with relevant Client service deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain exemplary appropriate client relationships
  • Support AD/SAM to deliver client satisfaction and value through regular communication
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, constructive relationships with external partners (creative agencies, media owners)
  • Ensure internal and external communication (written and verbal) is professional and representative of vision and values
  • Deliver perfectly-crafted media planning, implementation and buying
  • Address media knowledge gaps of self and any direct reports
  • Flawlessly execute all administrative duties, including media schedule management, financial entry and reporting, and verbal and written communication
  • Develop detailed knowledge of client scopes of work and operate within specified parameters
  • Provide accurate input into budget forecasts

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Undergraduate degree or above
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in media communications or similar industry
  • Substantial media buying and administrative experience
  • Experience interacting with clients
  • Media planning/buying experience
