A really exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales specialist to join a fast growth and high-performance SaaS team. This business has come through the other side of Covid19 lockdowns stronger than ever – and their product helping global businesses work more efficiently and generate more revenue.

About You

You’ll be driven to spread the word about this SaaS product with new potential customers, understanding the SaaS sales cycle from initial discovery call to demo / trial to close. The ability to confidently speak about the product and value it can bring to every business, your role will be about solving pain points for potential clients and converting into sales.

You will be somebody that has a natural drive to succeed and the ability to self-motivate – there will be no micromanagement here! With a flat structure and the ability to work closely with the Founder  CEO and wider Sales team (of approx. 5 others) you will have the opportunity to be involved with the product, marketing and customer functions and able to see the tangible impact you have on the business.

This is a B2B sales role with warm leads so professional demeanour and able to easily build rapport is a must!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships with potential clients by providing high level of customer service and relationship building
  • Drive sales through phone calls, emails, video call and chat-based interactions
  • Promoting the product with face to face and online demonstrations
  • B2B environment so professional maturity and experience in sales is essential (SaaS / technology sales is a bonus!)
  • Have a solutions focused approach with the ability to offer problem solving and innovative solutions

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Proven sales skills and working with targets
  • Exposure to SaaS or the technology industry preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with experience and excellent manner in dealing with people on phone and email
