Our client, a well-respected charity in New Zealand is on the hunt for a Marketing Advisor to join their Corporate Development team on an initial 3-month fix contract – with scope to move into a permanent role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Partnerships Manager to develop go-to market plans for existing and new offerings that support the mission of the organisation. You’ll have a desire to work in the not for profit sector, be an active self-starter and have an impactful/innovative approach to Marketing!

Key responsibilities:

  • Shaping existing and developing new product offerings that meet the needs of defined corporate audiences and the organisation’s New Zealand objectives
  • Identifying target audiences
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Market analysis to identify pipeline of potential corporate partners and explore opportunities for strengthening existing partnerships
  • Map processes and systems for increasing revenue through corporate partnerships
  • Develop sales plans to support the go-to-market activities
  • Work with marketing team and external suppliers to develop content to support marketing and engagement activity
  • Projects as defined by Business Partnerships Manager to support current activity
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to Business Partnerships Manager on a monthly and as-needed basis on key activities including (but not limited to): Progress against KPIs (by project), Market analysis, Contact report, Sales pipeline

About you:

  • Tertiary qualified degree in Marketing with 3 years’ experience in Product Marketing
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Experience with CRM
  • Marketing automation (desirable)
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Confidence working to all levels of staff and stakeholders
  • Customer service approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • High attention to detail
  • You’ll have a fun yet professional attitude
