Our client, a leader within professional services, is on the hunt for a Personal Assistant to join their Wellington team! With nine offices nationwide, our client works with a range of New Zealand's largest companies and government organisations who have the ambition to grow. Key responsibilities:

  • Managing demanding diaries, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and travel
  • Formatting and finalising reports and proposals to a high standard
  • Dealing proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and responding as appropriate
  • Developing and maintaining effective and efficient office systems
  • Assisting with workflow scheduling and invoicing/billing
  • Take ownership and responsibility for administrative systems and processes
  • Organise and prioritise tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Commit to best practice and operational excellence
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and communicate effectively at all levels

About you:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
  • Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role
  • Ability to build a network of strong working relationships both internally and externally
  • Experience working with a professional service firm would be advantageous but not necessary
  • Experience with invoicing/billing would be advantageous
