With clients across Australia and New Zealand, you'll be a Social Media Superstar eager to work in a business with a world-class culture to deliver innovative campaigns for your clients.

This is a senior position as we grow our team – you’ll have an opportunity to step into a leadership position. In the meantime, you will be responsible for the social media management, content creation, strategy and implementation of paid media campaigns for a range of clients across a diverse set of industries.

 

Key Responsibilities;

  • Have an in-depth knowledge base across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, SnapChat, Pinterest, Google + and will be required to use a social media management tool such as Hootsuite and others we use internally
  • Build new campaigns to develop the strategic direction for the brand
  • Help onboard new clients using internal processes
  • Competent in implementing campaign tracking and analysing social media data and refining campaigns or content creation to deliver improve return on investment
  • Work with internal specialists to manage multiple accounts and troubleshoot any issues
  • Track all incoming support requests and facilitate through to resolution
  • Oversee campaign performance and optimise your campaigns, identify, recommend and implement improvements
  • Prepare monthly internal and client performance reports using third-party integrations, software and tools
  • Help onboard new social media staff using internal processes
  • Advertising budget management
  • Continuous improvements to systems and processes
  • Track and monitor your individual KPIs

 

Key Criteria;

  • A proven track record of success in social media and must be able to demonstrate competency in social media strategy and engagement across multiple industries (ideally 3+ years)
  • Someone who loves marketing, social media, copywriting and innovative ways of taking ideas to market
  • A team player, constantly striving to achieve excellent results for your clients
  • Experience using Photoshop or other editing software so that you can create visual content for a range of clients
  • Basic understanding of coding is a plus
  • An understanding of the implementation of Google Ads and SEO, whilst not essential – are important to your credibility of an overall strategy for your client
